Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month is a time to recognize and celebrate the contributions of the champions in our country’s past and present who identify as Hispanic/Latinx and have inspired others to achieve success. Heartland Alliance is an international organization that values diversity. We see how our histories, cultures, and identities vary vastly among our staff and the people we serve – and believe that those differences are meant to be understood and honored.
In the months of September and October, we are sitting down with staff from across Heartland Alliance to better understand how their Hispanic/Latinx heritage impacts their own drive for equity and opportunity for ALL.
