Provides support and education to young parents though workshops and counseling. Opciones Saludables/Healthy Options (“Opciones”), a program of Heartland Human Care Services (HHCS), began implementation in August 2012. The goal of this program is to improve socio-emotional health outcomes among Latino youth and reduce ethnic and racial health disparities.
