Heartland Re-Entry Program

The Heartland Re-Entry Program provides residential care for up to ten justice-involved youth ages 12-17 who need stability before permanent residential placement. In the 3-6 month period they are in the Program, the youth receive counseling with Masters level clinicians; psychiatric services including assessment, prescribing and monitoring the effectiveness of psychotropic medications; recreation; medical care; education services; and permanency placement services. The youth engage in evidenced-based restorative justice practices.
