With three locations throughout Chicago, Heartland Alliance Health Centers provide primary health care, urgent care for oral health, case management, and assistance with applying for benefits and entitlements for people who are experiencing homelessness. This program also provides primary care services at outreach sites where people experiencing homelessness stay throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. These health centers receive HHS funding and have federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice itself and its covered individuals.
Heartland Alliance Health receives funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and has Federal Public Health Services deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
