Host a Food Drive to Help During COVID-19

Help the Chicago community stay healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic by hosting a food drive

Heartland Alliance Health’s Vital Bridges Food Program provides critical services including food and nutrition, housing, and counseling to low-income Chicagoans with HIV who are currently considered high risk of being impacted by COVID-19. During these times of unprecedented difficulty and uncertainty, you can help ensure they stay healthy.
