When you invest in women, you invest in communities. Nobody knows that better than the social workers and case managers of our Heartland Alliance programs. We see how the barriers to safety & justice, health & healing, and economic opportunity disproportionately impact women across all populations – and dedicate much of our work to developing the strengths-based, trauma-informed services that make accessing our programs easier for women.
During the month of March, we celebrate International Women’s Day and National Women’s History Month by recognizing the strength of the women on our Heartland Alliance teams – and the women they serve. These amazing people give us the hope in a future based in equity and opportunity for ALL. Learn more below.
