Celebrating Black-Led Partner Organizations

To celebrate Black History Month, we are highlighting some of our Black-led partner organizations that are trailblazers in health, economic, and criminal legal system reform:

Funders Together to End Homelessness mobilizes philanthropy to advance lasting solutions to ending homelessness, including addressing structural and racial inequities and helping create policies and systems that center people with lived expertise.

Live Free Illinois is an organization with a mission to rebuild Black communities through the power of the Black church, and a vision to create communities across Illinois where Black people are free from all forms of violence.

National Innovation Service partners with governments across the country to develop collaborative coalitions with communities, public sector partners, and other stakeholders to transform systems with those most impacted at the center of decision-making processes.

Safer Foundation works to achieve equal employment opportunities for people with criminal records thereby transforming communities and generations.

Sandra Grace is a consulting firm that provides thought-partnership and coaching to empower clients to use a race equity framework and identify ways to disrupt inequitable policies and practices, and seed systemic change.
