Heartland Alliance Health’s STAR Program offers medication assisted therapy (M.A.T.) for participants struggling with opiate use disorder. This program is especially intended for those with dependence on opiates, such as heroin or prescription medication.
Individuals must be receiving Primary Care services from Heartland Alliance Health Centers and either have insurance or the ability to pay out of pocket for medication. Participants must also meet the criteria for opiate use disorder as well as agree to safety guidelines.
The health and safety of our staff, participants and community remain our highest priority. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, services and hours of operation may be impacted. Please call 773-275-2586 for further information and/or to make an appointment.
We thank you for your understanding and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
