The Early Intervention Program provides comprehensive medical and case management services to people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Medical case managers provide intensive follow up to ensure that participants meet goals aimed at maintaining healthy, active lifestyles. The medical team provides HIV management and general primary care to PLWHA.
