Housing is a fundamental element to better health. For the hundreds of individuals living with HIV in our Supportive Housing Services (SHS) program, the combination of quality housing and in-depth case management creates the opportunity to achieve even greater opportunities. Designed to assist residents to promote personal growth, well-being, and self-sufficiency, our team of social workers, advocates, and clinicians are dedicated to serving our participants through a strengths-based, trauma-informed philosophy.
With a whole suite of services – including case management, employment and career development, financial literacy programs, and substance use counseling – our team is proud to provide whatever is necessary for our participants to thrive. For people like Jasmine, Michael, and Charlene – this work is more than just service provision, it’s a passion to build better communities for vulnerable populations.
