Illinois Co-occurring Center for Excellence (ICOCE)

Providing comprehensive care for individuals simultaneously struggling with substance use and mental health issues or chronic illnesses requires an understanding of the nature and variety of co-occurring conditions.  The Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (DASA) has funded the Illinois Co-Occurring Center for Excellence (ICOCE) to provide training, technical assistance, and consultation to DASA licensed agencies across four services areas: HIV/AIDS, trauma, drug abuse, and cultural competence.

The health and safety of our staff, participants and community remain our highest priority. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, services and hours of operation may be impacted. Please call 773-275-2586 for further information and/or to make an appointment.

We thank you for your understanding and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
